Finished Status for a button

Oct 15, 2020

Hi every one

what is the difference between visited and finished status for a button, I mean after I selected a button it will jump to another scene and after I completed the exploring  the hole scene until last slide the button status should be changed to finished status permanently for this user, how can I do a trigger like this, thanks

Hi, Gamal,

When you insert a button, it automatically includes a Visited state. The program recognizes that a button has been visited as soon as it is clicked.

You could add your own Finished state to the button, and use triggers with variables and conditions to change the button to that state only after the user has completed the linked scene. Another option is to reveal a hidden object (for example, a checkmark) next to the button after the user completes the linked scene.

Here is a post about how to create a custom menu slide. This type of programming would work in your situation.
