Flash player error

I know that this has been discussed in a thread from 8 months ago - but this error has just started popping up recently when I try to open Articulate Storyline 2.  The program has worked like a charm up until today. My work IT department seems to be at a loss... 

They uninstalled the flash player, and now cannot install flash at all. 

Any advice that I can pass on to them. I have deadlines for material development.

Hi Chantal,

You'll want to ensure you're using the latest update of Storyline as that fixed the issue with the Flash error. Since you likely can't open Storyline to check, I'd look at downloading the update(s) below depending on the version of Storyline you're using:

Storyline 1 update 9

Storyline 2 Update 6
