We have created a HTML 5 interactivity and imported as a webobject in Storyline. In PC version, the web object as such is working properly. But, when the same webobject page is viewed in IPAD we are facing the following issue:
We have to playaround with our fingers to access radio buttons or checkboxes to be clicked and also it is taking some time to play the audio.
It would be great if anybody can tell us a remedy for this issue.
Can you please submit a ticket to our support team, including the .story file and the steps taken to reproduce the issue, so that we can get a better understanding of how to help? Thanks!
