My coworkers and I all seem to be running into the same issue (started last week). When we publish to LMS we all get stuck at "Compressing image X of X". We are all working in different courses when this happens; however, they all get stuck at the second to last number (i.e., 40 of 41, 99 of 100). We never receive any errors, but after several minutes or hours, it never continues to make progress. At any point, canceling the publish locks everything up and we have to use task manager to close or force reboot to computers.
This issue seems limited only when publishing to LMS - No problems publishing to Review 360. It is also happening with three different designers on several different files.
Since you mentioned that the behavior is occurring to different designers and on different Storyline 360 project files, can I ask if you and your colleagues are publishing your project files locally, or directly on a network drive? Working on a network drive has been known to cause files issue and is something that should be avoided if possible.
