Freezing Projects

I have a cleint who has been viewing a coursewith no problems, but now they are seeing it freeze and lock up with some users.

It seems to be  new PCs that are supplied to new starters that has the issue

i haven;t been able to duplicate this, and it is difficult because it only affects certain PCs.

I am waiting for compartive specification for the PCs that do and don't work, but in the meantime I wonder if anyone has seen this happen before - is there a PC setting for example that migt do this.

Hi there Mark,

Without knowing a little more about the machines that are having this trouble, it's difficult to say.

Do you know if these new machines came with Windows 8/8.1? If so, are they running Internet Explorer?

If it seems the common thread is the browser, it might help to see if the same thing happens in a different web browser, such as Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. 

If you hear more about the specifics, please share.
