Getting error after finished the course"Error initializing commun.

Hi,
I have build a Quiz course by Articulate Storyline. I have uploaded this course on Artes181.com platform.
At the end of quiz while click on "Close" button then getting below Errors.

We have to build number of courses by Articulate Storyline software.
Please suggest me asap how to I fix above issues.

If your LMS automatically launches courses in a separate browser window, do not configure your Articulate content to also launch in a new browser window. Otherwise, you may encounter an LMS communication error.
For instructions on modifying the browser settings for your course click the link below:
The message you are seeing is basically saying that the content can't communicate with the LMS. You can duplicate this error simply by double clicking the index_lms.html file in the published output outside of your LMS.
I would ask your LMS what their system requirements are and make sure the end-user's computers meet those. For example, if your LMS requires Java Runtime Environment make sure that they are using a compatible version.
If the problem continues, you might want to test the course in SCORM Cloud as well and see if the behavior is reproducible or not. Here's how to test AICC content at SCORM Cloud.
