The Articulate Storyline End User License Agreement (EULA) allows each serial number (license) to be activated by a single user. If more than one person logs onto the same computer, each will require their own unique serial number. If you need additional licenses, you can purchase them here.
If more than one user attempts to activate the same serial number on the same PC, they'll encounter an Invalid Serial Number error message.
We certainly understand if someone leaves the company or there are other reasons for needing to transfer the license, so our Support team is happy to help with that. They can also connect you with our Sales team to talk about upgrading to Articulate 360 Teams where you'd be able to swap seats among users.
