Glitch when reviewing answers to a quiz

Mar 09, 2016

Hi

I am really new to the forum and to using Articulate Storyline.

I have produced my first piece of eLearning and all seemed well.  However I have found a glitch.  Even though the results slide show that the person got 100% right when she reviews the answers one of them shows as incorrect.  Basically it's a Pick one scenario slide that leads to feedback slides. I've added a some screen shots that might help explain this.

I hope someone can help - it may be something really obvious I have missed!

Many thanks

Kerry

No worries Kerry

i would:

  1. check there is a submit interaction trigger on the pick one
  2. create a new project file and import just that pick one slide in - add a result slide and see if it works correctly in isolation.
  3. check the slide properties

other than that you can log a support ticket and upload the file to Articulate support and they can sign an NDA if you need one.

Hi Phil,  Thnaks for your reply.  When i change the slide to the "set to resume state" it works, however if i get the scenario question "wrong" it now won't let me go back to it.  What I want to be able to do is:

Pose a scenario question with 3 options "consequence" slides.  If the user gets it "right" they just progress.  If the user get's it "wrong" i want them to be able to go back and and try again (hence having the orginal slide set to "resume initial state"). This though is where the reviewing quiz answers has the glitch.

I hope that makes sense!
