Glitch when reviewing answers to a quiz

Hi
I am really new to the forum and to using Articulate Storyline.
I have produced my first piece of eLearning and all seemed well. However I have found a glitch. Even though the results slide show that the person got 100% right when she reviews the answers one of them shows as incorrect. Basically it's a Pick one scenario slide that leads to feedback slides. I've added a some screen shots that might help explain this.
I hope someone can help - it may be something really obvious I have missed!
Many thanks
Kerry

Hi Kerry
just confirming the pick one is selected on the result slide?
It might be easier for someone to help you if you could upload your .story file. Just click the 'Add attachment' button at the bottom of the post.
Hi wendy
Thanks for getting back to me. The pick one is selected on the results slide.
My client doesn't want me to share the eLearning on a public forum. Are there any other "obvious" things I can check?
Thanks
Kerry
Just check the slide is set to resume saved state.
No worries Kerry
i would:
other than that you can log a support ticket and upload the file to Articulate support and they can sign an NDA if you need one.

Hi Phil, Thnaks for your reply. When i change the slide to the "set to resume state" it works, however if i get the scenario question "wrong" it now won't let me go back to it. What I want to be able to do is:
Pose a scenario question with 3 options "consequence" slides. If the user gets it "right" they just progress. If the user get's it "wrong" i want them to be able to go back and and try again (hence having the orginal slide set to "resume initial state"). This though is where the reviewing quiz answers has the glitch.
I hope that makes sense!

For the review to work correctly the slide cannot be set to reset to initial state, or it will show as incorrect on review.
You could try automatically decide which may help. Or you could use the attempts function on the slides but using this they would have to get correct before moving on.
Thanks everyone for your help and patience. I can't get it to work so will change how I ask that particular question,
Thanks again
Hi, Kerry -- Thanks for reaching out here, and you may find that it is easier for others to assist if you are able to share your file.
Please use the ADD ATTACHMENT button in the bottom left corner of the reply box in the thread, and you can browse for the file from there. Please also note that if you reply via email, your attachment will not appear here in the thread. Thanks! :)
And on a side note, Kerry.... welcome to the community! :)
I thought I'd share some general resources you may find helpful as you become more familiar with Storyline 2:
