I have a prospective client who has a analyze/design/build project. Depending on the size, I may want to sub the build out. What is a range for a builder? The work would be off site.
The saying in construction holds true: time, quality, speed; which two? You can find $5/hr SL developers - typically far outside of the US. Inside, I imagine $40-$50/hr for quality work that meets deadlines.
