I'd like to create an interaction where the user grabs an object that is on a motion path and drags it to the right answer. However, I can't seem to get this to work. I know that I can sort of achieve this with a pause between motion paths, but the effect I'm going for would have the item constantly hovering around on a motion path. When I try and drag the item, it forces itself back onto the motion path.
This is purely a stylistic choice so it's not terrifically important that I find an answer to this, but I was curious if anyone had any ideas!

That's an interesting idea and question. I'll give this a try when I have a few minutes and let you know what I find.
