I'm experiencing an issue with graded questions. I'm on the latest SL360 version as of today (Feb 8, 2019). We have a template SL360 file that we use to start projects. When I try to publish or preview the project, I get the Articulate Storyline Error Report that something went wrong and SL might close. It doesn't close. If I remove the question slides, I can preview/publish the project. If I open a project that doesn't have any questions, I can publish it. If I add a question slide, boom, error. Anyone have any insight on this?

I do see that you were able to reach out to our support team as well and it looks like Cleo is already taking a look so you should be hearing from him soon.
I'm going to add a note to Jane's case and let the team know that you were able to resolve the issue by doing so. This does seem to indicate an issue for us to take a look at.

BTW, I'm on Jane's team and we resolved the issue rolling back to the December update. So, the media library update is suspect at this time ; )
It was a great thing to add the Rollback feature for sure.
