Graph in STL with each learner's responses to a survey

Hello everyone, maybe you can help me.

I want to display in Storyline, a radar graph with the answers of the learners.

In a first step, I created a web object in which the different information of the learner is displayed, student id, student name...
This is a first step to get the information of the other learners.
Now it would be necessary that the answers to the survey in STL are incremented on a database, in order to display the result in a web object, an html page, the best would be in STL. Until now, the LMS blocks us.

Do you have any ideas? Someone here would have already done it?
