The Translation tool is excellent in terms of the (transcript) / XLIFF functionality
Machine translation of the language is not good however you will need to get a human to do the translation itself or at least proof/ amend the machine output.
Here are the directions on how to export and import translation files. As Alex mentioned you will likely want to have the player labels and built in text associated with those looked at by a language expert - but since Malaysian is not a player label language it'll likely be needing a translator regardless.

Have you run into a problem when importing in Malaysian content or just looking for some other user experiences?
