Has anyone successfully bulk Imported Storyline3 Courses into Articulate Mobile Player?

I am not having much success importing bulk content to AMP following the steps detailed here.  

The link is formated as <a href="artmobileplayer://?path=http://YourWebsite.com/import.txt&bulkimport=true&end">Import</a>, when I click on the link, it launches AMP, shows a progress bar but doesn't complete. There are no error messages and the library is still empty.

Is the instruction to bulk import still valid for Storyline 3 or is there a different way to get it done?
