i cannot seem to record any narration or anything using my headset. it has a pink and green jack. these jacks are put into the proper matching color jack holes on computer. when i press to record.. the recording has no sound when i save in storyline.. any suggestions?
i have set my audio device to line in in my audio device manager.
To test if Storyline is the issue, or your computer settings, open the Windows Recorder program and test your ability to record and playback with that.
This test will remove Storyline from the equation.
