Hi - we have created a course in storyline 3 which awards pointed based on user's choice. This has been successful completed by users however when recompleting the score does not update. The attempts is set to unlimited. Can you help?
Josh is spot-on here! A reset results trigger will help clear out any scoring that's been collected and allow the user to start fresh.
I've mostly seen this button on the results slide, but if you have it at the beginning of the quiz, selecting this option before the quiz has started make cause issues.

Have you added a trigger to reset the results?
Thanks Josh. We did add a trigger at the beginning of the quiz for user to click if they were returning the assessment
