Help! Quiz Hot Spot selection off center

While creating a quiz within Storyline 3, I've added in quite a few hotspots. While in Preview mode, when I put my cursor over the correct area and click, it holds its place. Unfortunately, after I have published it and allowed my coworkers to take the same quiz. When attempting the hot spot question, and hover over the correct area and click, it then moves their spinning image hotspot inches away. Here's the tricky part, this only applies when they take the quiz on their laptop VERSUS, when taking the quiz on their larger monitor, the hotspot selections are accurate and SPOT ON. (See attached image)
What would be causing the hot spots to be so off ?? Appreciate any help!

When the hotspot isn't working correctly, what browser was used to test the content. Was the browser zoomed in to more than 100%?
Do you notice a difference if you decrease or increase the size of the browser window, making the slide smaller or larger?
Great suggestion, never thought of that! Unfortunately, that did not resolve it :(

From here, I'd like to have our team take a look at your project file, with your permission. We'll delete it when we're done troubleshooting. Once we have your file, we can test it on monitors of various sizes to see if we can recreate the issue.

Did you ever figure this out - we have it happening with an assessment we have. And I cannot share the file because of compliance issues.
Unfortunately, no solution found. Had to make an alternative of placing
boxes with letters around different sections of the picture and having the
learner select from multiple choice which box was correct. Sorry I couldn't
be of more help here!
