Help - has anyone experienced or can anyone explain why the text is displaying like this? Is there a fix? It's only displaying like this for random users. We have recently upgraded to 360. Any help appreciated.
Hello Ian - Sorry to hear that you ran into difficulty with this. Could you tell us a bit more about the font you are utilizing, how you are publishing, and the environment/browser that the users are having difficulty with? That may help us pinpoint. You are welcome to share the .story file as well if you feel we will be able to reproduce the issue.
Oh, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes by the way :)
I am having this same problem when I publish files into Articulate 360 Review. All users, including myself, report seeing the text body completely jumbled or including non-English characters.
The font I am using for body text is Source Sans Pro. Titles seem unaffected, in Uni Neue.
Access the Fonts folder from the Windows Control Panel (Control Panel\Appearance and Personalization\Fonts), then right-click and delete all Source Sans Pro fonts.

Hi Sara,
Thanks for letting us know what's going on. Strange that the font you mentioned is automatically installed on your computer when you install Articulate Storyline 360. I'm curious if you now have two versions of the same font file in your Windows Fonts folder.
Could you try these steps?
