Hot spot interaction problem

Hi
I have some simple hot spot interactions as part of a quiz. Some results are coming up as incorrect even though I clicked on the correct area. Any ideas why? When I review the quiz - I can see that I clicked on the right area, yet still get an "Incorrect" answer.

Hi Lucia,
Is it possible to post a .story file of one of your questions here so we can take a closer look at the triggers etc.?
