You could try using one of the built in 'Markers', found on the 'Insert' tab under 'Interactive Objects', these show a small caption when the mouse hovers over, and then expanded info if the user clicks on them.
Or you could add a trigger to any other object, using triggers you can set an action to happen, and for it to happen when the learner hovers the mouse over. So using this you could have another layer or caption appear when the learner hovers over.
Hey Ken, Will has the answer... 1st create your caption or image, or whatever it is you want to appear. Make its state "hidden". 2nd, add a hotspot to cover the area that you want the mouse to hover over. 3rd, create a trigger that says: change the state of (your hidden object, text, whatever) when the hotspot is hovered over by the mouse. it will appear when the mouse is over it and disappear when the mouse moves away.
