I am having issues showing a layer whenever I hover over a hotspot. This worked fine when I published my course to Flash/HTML5. However, once I published the course to HTML5, it is not showing the contents of the layer properly when I hover over the hotspot.
Does anyone know why this happening and is there a workaround?
I'm happy to troubleshoot this with you! Which browser are you viewing the course in?
I've created a similar course and published for web using HTML5. I didn't have any issues with hovering over hotspots. Would you mind taking a look at this link?
I've tested the web link in Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer.
Keep me updated if you see a snag in the web link! If you'd like me to take a look at your project, feel free to upload it to me and I'll let you know what I find.
