You have to click on the player and than click on resources. And finally click on the small "add icon" (see picture), there is an option of adding a file. you can add image etc.
Looks like Ashraf gave you the information needed to set this up. Allowing the picture to be displayed directly in the resources is not a supported functionality.
You are welcome to share your thoughts with our product development team here.
Perhaps a lightbox slide would work for your needs or creating a tab just for this as explained here.

I just tried, and: No that won't show the picture, just suggest it as another file to be opened.
