I have tried to export the file to a word or pdf file. While it is possible, it shows all the links (green boxes) and the resolution is low and blurry.
Since you mentioned the screenshots are showing the green boxes, does that mean your content contains a Step-By-Step screen recording? Our QA team is investigating an issue where the Word output images are low quality if the course includes a step-by-step recording in Storyline 2 - does that seem to match the issue you're seeing?
