This is a compliation of several ideas I picked up from the forums. To start off my classes I ask for my student's name (to be used in various places throughout the course) and give them some tips on how best to attend an eLearning class.
I thought I'd share - the story file is attached. FYI - Entering a name (or anything really) is requried on the first screen. The start button on the second screen has a delay to encourage people to actually read the suggestions, so don't panic if it doesn't appear right away.
