How to create a chromeless player

Hi,
I was looking at the tutorial at http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline/how-to-create-a-chromeless-player and although it does remove the chrome around a player, it only hides them. I need to pop-up a window to fit on a screen resolution of 1024 x 768, I have worked out that 990x556 opens without any extra space around the player, but using the info above, the chrome isn't removed, it is hidden. See this for an example
Has anyone managed to completely remove the player?

Hi, Tony -- Thanks for your question! This thread is a bit older, but it may offer some ideas or suggestions you could try to achieve what you're hoping to do. And other than following the steps to create a chromeless player as you have listed above, I am not aware of another way to complete remove the player, so hopefully others in the community can chime in with some ideas, as well.
