I am fairly new to Articulate Storyline and am finding it difficult to create a simple true/false question. I created a multiple choice question and the incorrect and correct feedback displays correctly but for the true/false question, I cannot get the correct and incorrect feedback to display. I have tried playing with the variables and triggers without any success.
Also, I've seen some articles that show a True/False Freeform question but I don't see that. I only see a pick one question type. Where is the True/False question type?
When you add a True/False question (New Slide > Graded Question > True/False), everything happens automatically for you, so you shouldn't have to add variables or triggers.
You should see the Feedback layers on your Slide View:
If you are not seeing them, I would check the Question Tools settings and make sure Feedback is set to By Question, which should automatically create those layers for you:

Hello, I've been using Storyline forever, but we just recently switched to Storyline 360. I really can't find True/False. When I go to New Slide > Graded Question, first I see the 3 Affinity Multiple Choice options. If I click on Affinity to turn it off, I see all of the other templates with each of their 3 Multiple Choice options. How do I get a True/false?
When I invoke New Slide > Graded Question, I see this:
A couple of gotchyas:
Light and Dark (under Themes in the upper-left) are buttons which will change the view in the Built in Graded Questions space. Be sure both are de-selected.
Newest is the default for Sort by in the upper-right. If you're seeing Affinity, change your Sort by from Alphabetical to Newest and deselect Dark under Theme.
I searched for True/False and found it, and now that I've escaped the template, I do see what you're seeing. In the future I will be sure to watch out for Light/Dark and sort. I don't think sort was the problem because I scrolled all the way up and down and only saw other themes. Thanks.
🙄 More to the point: why are interface elements not obvious interface elements? The whole "flat design" look and feel has gotten WAY too minimalist. If something is a %$#@! button, then make it a %$#@! button. 🤬

"Dark" was the issue. Why are there only multiple-choice questions under dark?
