How to create fault trigger in storyline 360?

Hi everyone,

I encountered a problem while creating the trigger for my project. How to change the state of the multiply when answering the wrong at the second?
At first I used trigger "change state of multiply (1) to fault when user click on Submit button IF the text entry not equal to "correct answer".

Then I apply the same trigger for multiply (2) and bonus a condition IF the state of multiply (1) is fault then preview the project to test. When I answer wrong at the first time, both multiply (1) and (2) change the state at the same time. I want them to change the state of each wrong answer.
