I'm also confused about the "Interaction not working in Word", I just created PDF document of this image library component, but haven't published an interactive PDF, what a pity.
I think by javascript function (window.print()) function we can take the pdf . but for taking the pdf required the CutePDFWriter software in the system . please try it.
Did you see the original reply from Phil? That would be the easiest way to create the Storyline course into a PDF, the other options presented by the community are to do so from within Storyline which is not something we support. If you want to let us know a bit more about what you're looking to do, that might help. Thanks!
Are you publishing to Articulate Online, or just publishing to the web? You may want to submit a Support case so that our team can take a look at your files and check to see if we're able to replicate the error.

Hi Anni,
What do you mean "Interaction not working in Word"?
When you published the images did you choose the "Custom" setting available at publish, and increase to the highest possible?
Bruce
You cannot publish an interactive pdf
Yes Phil we cannot publish an interactive pdf.
No one can publish an interactive PDF. It's not a feature of Storyline (unfortunately).

Hi ,
You can make full version Acrobat output an interactive PDF that
looks and somewhat acts like Storyline (with limited interactive features).
However Brett is correct, they are two different tools, which two different purposes.
