I am trying to figure out how to customize the feedback buttons in Storyline 3. I tried going into the Feedback Master but I'm not able to change the button just the color. I don't want the button feedback style. I want to create my own feedback box.

you could create a new Feedback Master and sub layouts and add your custom button. Then on the slide apply your updated layout. See this tutorial
