How to print storyline slide?

I checked check box 'Allow user to print result' at Result slide properties.

And then clicked print button.... nothing happened.

What's wrong....?

(win7 32bit, ie9)

 Exactly I want to print some slide including student inputted anything data.

I would like to print slide that student fill in 'data entry' anything as answer.

If student fill in data entry in any slide then showing that data in some slide.

It seems like answer sheet, report.

Student(user) can to print their answer by oneself.

I'm beginner.
