I would suggest searching these forums using the search tool in the top right corner by your avatar for posts covering certificates. Many people have shared their solutions to getting names on certificates
Although we don't support or have a feature for certificates, we've seen lots of discussions on how folks have accomplished it. The basics start here, and from there it's all a matter of your comfort with modifying the code.
I'd also suggest reaching out in theBuilding Better Courses side of ELH and see if there is anyone who can help! That side tends to focus more on design and how to - I bet you'd find some folks able to help with this set up!
