We have a course in Storyline that is mostly static/interactive slides, so we have removed the seekbar from the player. Having a seekbar for slides that aren't "playing" is confusing. However, the seekbar (or seek circle) is still on the mobile player. Can this be removed?
No seekbar will be visible in your course even if viewed on a Mobile device as long as you have them disabled on both the Player settings and in Slide Properties.
Here's what a course with no seekbar looks like viewed on a Mobile device:
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so I can take a look at the settings of your slides? We'll delete it when we're done testing. Additionally, please include the device/browser that you are using to view your courses, so I can also test if the behavior is device or browser specific.
