How to save Articulate 360 Rise file?

Hi Carla,
As Phil said, it should be saving automatically with each change, so if it's not I'd definitely look further into the browser. You'll want to confirm that you're using one of the supported browsers here.
If you are using one of those browsers, one other thought is could you have two articulate IDs and inadvertently logged into the wrong one today? Anything beyond that, we will want to get you working with our Support Engineers one on one, and they can dig a bit deeper into your account!

The saving should be automatic, normally with Rise if you use the share option changes are live as soon as you do them, which browser are you using?

Created a course (on 30 day trial) and all of the content just disappeared? It did not ask me to save and I have no idea where everything went, It just vanished. I certainly did not delete it. Its a bit of a concern if your spending a lot of time building a course and it just goes like that. Any ideas why?
Hello Paul - I assume that you are utilizing Rise as well and this is where the issue occurred? Could you reach out to our support engineers here so that we can look into this further?

I made some changes on rise 360. I am able to see the changes but my others colleague are not able to see it. If I sent them my link then they can see it. How do I resolve this?
Hi Upasana!
Your colleagues will be able to see your changes if you add them as collaborators on your course. Here's how:
I lost all my course soon the computer restarted and there is no way I can save it and it is so frustrating and lacking of clear instruction. I assume it shall save automatically. I spent hours and hours and all the course I finished disappeared and have to restart from beginning?
Hi Brian! Sorry to hear about your experience. Saving in Rise 360 should be automatic as it's browser-based. It's possible you may have lost connection to your network while editing and weren't able to reconnect or logged under a different Articulate ID after restarting.
Not to worry, I've opened a case on your behalf so we can investigate your situation further! Please stay tuned for an email from us from @articulate.com in your inbox.
Hello, the same thing just happened to me, I've just lost two hours of content. can you please assist? I was working on the "Activate your vision and goals" course. I'm trying not to cry:(
Hi Jolene, sorry to hear about your experience. I see you have an open case with us and Johnrey is currently working with you on this. He's sent you an email and waiting to hear from you to assist you further!

When I close and re-open Rise360, my course I've edited from a template is displaying the original template without the changes I've made?
Hi Meera LYNN,
Asking the obvious question: are you clicking on SAVE after making changes to the TEMPLATE? I've failed to do this a few times....
Is there a save button? I'm using rise360 browser version. Its the 30 day trial version which ought to be the full featured version.

Hi there, Meera. No difference between the trial and subscription functionality -- There is not a Save button for your Rise 360 courses. You should see your course with up-to-date edits on your dashboard. Your edits won't apply to the template if you create a new course with it.
Can you please share some additional detail with us by submitting a case here? We can investigate what's happening on your end.
Hi, I want to save the course I made on rise 360 before my trial expires. I would appreciate feedback on how to do it.
Hello Pattiya! There isn't a way to save your Rise 360 courses locally or in your shared drive. You can export your Rise 360 courses as a PDF though.
