How to share Quizz results to Twitter (and other social network)

I'd like to know if someone has already succeeded to share quizz results from Storyline to Twitter exactly as a mail like above :

There could possibly be a legal concern with this approach that you should check out. 

My former company's legal department determined that a learner's quiz results and quiz answers were subject to data privacy laws and, as such, quiz results should only be shared with those that have a business right to know.  Sharing broadly was not permitted.

So putting a person's results on a social network would be something I'd check out.  I can possibly see a situation where one might construe as harassment.
