How to use a number variable to determine a percentage

I have created an exercise with 19 questions in Storyline 1. Each question has a "Correct" and an "Incorrect" layer. I want to have a simple Results slide that shows how many questions the learner got right, and what percentage that is of 19.
I created a variable called NumberCorrect, which starts at 0 and increases by 1 each time the timeline starts on a question's "Correct" layer. What I can't figure out is what to do to fill in the blank here:
You answered %NumberCorrect% of 19 questions correctly, for a score of ___%.
I have a feeling this is simple, but I'm stuck. Can someone please enlighten me?
Thanks!

1. Create a variable PercentScore (or whatever). The create triggers to:
2. Assign PercentScore = NumberCorrect
3. Multiply PercentScore by 100
4. Divide PercentScore by 19
Thanks, Michael, for the almost IMMEDIATE response! I have gotten this far…

Do I just fill in my blank like this:
You answered %NumberCorrect% of 19 questions correctly, for a score of %PercentScore%%.
Hey, got it Michael. That was right. I answered my own question.
Thank you very much for your help!
The answer is yes (or 42, or whatever) :-)
Glad that Michael was able to assist you here Norma :) Thanks for the update.
Thanks, Leslie!
