In the interim, I wonder if your courses have media on the first slide? If yes, there was a change in the way that Chrome handles media autoplay where a play button will appear on the first slide:

In the interim, I wonder if your courses have media on the first slide? If yes, there was a change in the way that Chrome handles media autoplay where a play button will appear on the first slide:
*Clicking the play button will start the course, and the media should play as expected.
