I don't believe I've seen any tutorials for the update, yet, but there is a complete list of issues addressed in the last update. You can find it here. There's quite a bit listed for HTML5, so hopefully you'll be able to find the information you're looking for.

Yes, and no. Currently, Storyline will not run on a Mac. However, there are some options for running it through a Windows environment or through Parallels. Take a look a this article for more information.
I know quite a few community members and staff use the software on Macs, using the methods in the article, but I personally use a PC. If you ever have any questions, just let us know and I'm sure we can get some answers on the topic!
