HTML5 Accessibility - no heading on page

Our website is using SiteImprove to help with us address accessibility.  I've noticed that pages that contain our Storyline modules (html5) that were uploaded via FileZilla are throwing Level A accessibility errors because the page itself does not have a heading on it. Do you know how to fix this?

Were these errors present before, or is this happening after uploading the files through FileZilla? What might be happening is that the files were not properly uploaded to the server, which could be causing the errors you are seeing.
