HTML5 as primary output, Flash as fallback

Sep 19, 2012

Is it possible to toggle between the two as primary output type?

I understand that Flash is the richer experience, however our client has a preference to avoid Flash, but quite like the idea that Flash is available as a fallback for browsers which do not support HTML5.

cheers.

Hi Ray,

I don't believe there's any way to force the HTML5 version to have priority when the output is played. I am a little curious as to why the client would prefer HTML5, as the experience is not as robust as the Flash version... yet.

Here’s how Storyline determines which version of your content to display when users view it.
