After publishing for LMS and selecting the HTML5 option, our IT department is telling us that the modules we've published are not HTML5 compatible, don't work on iOS devices tested and so forth. What am I doing wrong here?
Sorry you're having this issue! Are your iOS devices running iOS 9? If so, you may find that slide content is missing or that videos in your courses don't always play as expected in HTML5 output when you view Articulate Storyline 2 HTML5 output on iOS 9 iPads and iPhones. We added support for iOS 9 in a recent update for Storyline 2.
The issue seemed to be that the story.html file that I read was supposed to render as either flash or html5 depending on the browser/device, but didn't seem to be doing it. We've republished and forced html5 as a work around. I think this might be an issue relative to D2L.

Hi Kristine- Thanks for the update! Glad you were able to find a workaround that suited your needs :)
