In HTML5 output in Internet Explore, menu are visible with Scrolling panel. Please find the attachment"issue_IE.png" but same menu are showing the Pop up for menu in chrome which is correct. Also in Firfox same menu not showing the second level menus.
Shall I create the new file? Actually I don't know how to change the player. I can change the colors and all that but changing player little difficult with same player functionality.
I agree with Phil's suggestions, and we like to also recommend that you try the following to rule out common issues: Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline.
Please find the attachment for sample story file and published output. Please check in IE and firefox with story_html5.html file. Menu are not working. but same file is working on Chrome.
We don't support the HTML5 output in Firefox or IE. If it's working as expected in Chrome on your desktop, than it's working as expected. For more information on which browsers and devices we support for HTML5 please review this article.
Ashley: I'm really surprised to learn that SL2 does not support HTML5 to IE. We've encountered the same issue with any Menu, Glossary and Resource features in IE. It works fine in Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Since our client is the Department of Defense and they are migrating to HTML5 versus FLASH content, we are kind of now locked out of using SL as a development solution, which is ashamed since it's a really nice development tool. Are there any workarounds that anyone knows of that will permit the proper operation of the menu bar player features?
Thank Leslie. There was some useful tips on adjusting the CSS file, which seemed to easily fix the IE issue. My team is testing now to see whether this had any unintended consequences.

Phil, I have imported new player but still issue is there.
you probably need to open a support case, or import into a new project

Hi Rick!
I think it's more of performance really. Check out a couple of threads here and here where this is explained well.

Good luck Richard :)
