Hi Alan,

First, take a look at this knowledge base article to be sure you're using the best option for viewing the content in HTML5. There's also a very helpful tutorial on publishing a project for HTML5 or iPad. You can view the tutorial here.

If you continue to experience crashing, please submit a support case with us and include your .story file. We'll take a look and see what might be causing the problem.

Thanks!

How much time would take for you take a look in my project and tell whats wrong with it?

Good morning Alan,

Sorry about that, looks like I forgot the link.

You can submit a support case here

Unfortunately, I can't give you an estimated time on a resolution. It really depends on how long it takes to find and fix the problem. Our tech team will look at your files and see if we can find what's causing the issue. They'll communicate with you and work to find a resolution. If you do open a case, please share the case number with me so I can monitor the progress of the case (you can do this by responding to this thread, or send it to me in a private message). This way I can share the resolution with any other Heroes that experience the same problem.
