HTML5 publishing not working

All of my courses (3) can suddenly not be viewed in HTML5. The page is just loading. I have Edge and Explorer (unavailable to download anything else). Any ideas what might have happened? 

Could it be that I do not have the latest updates of articulate storyline 360?
