I have created a Storyline project, published for LMS and uploaded to our LMS, D2L. Works great except for the hyperlink to a webpage. Nothing happens. Any ideas?
The link works fine when I view the page outside the LMS.
It certainly sounds like an issue with your LMS. Have you had a chance to discuss it with them? I'd also recommend taking a look at our excellent article on troubleshooting Articulate/LMS issues, if you haven't already had a chance to do so.
Actually, hyperlinks from Articulate Presenter work fine in D2L.
I should probably be clearer. In Storyline, I created a button with a trigger and the action is Jump to URL/file when user clicks. I inserted my web address. It works fine when I view the webpage outside the LMS, but not within the LMS.
Still an LMS problem, or have I misunderstood something else?
Yeah, probably an LMS issue. Have you had a chance to test it with SCORM Cloud? That's a quick and easy way to determine whether the issue is with the content or the LMS.
