I have "next" button doesn't jumpt to next slide but another slide

I have no idea why it's doing this.  Need some expertise.  I have slide, and it is supposed to go to the next slide.  However, when I click next, it jumps to the last slide which is like 5 slides down the sequence.  It is weird because I have no triggers beside the one that jumps to the next slide when user clicks next.

I even had it jump to the slide number that corresponds to the next slide. 

What am I doing wrong?
