I initially planned to put a Resources tab on my project and now for some reason i can't remove it.
I've unticked it, tried moving it right & left, adding a menu, adding and removing resources but no matter what i do, i can't get rid of it. Any ideas?
Since you're unable to share your file here, I went ahead and opened up a Support case for you. They'll be able to help you upload your file, and figure out what is happening with your resources tab as well. I'll follow along too so that I can update the thread.

Thanks Ashley. I've been contacted by the support team
I see the file you loaded up for John - and as Shyam suspected, there were slides that had the properties to "Custom player settings" and had those checked with the Resource tab. That technically overrides any regular player settings in the event that you'd want to set one or more slides differently than others. What I did was go through and highlight multiple slides in Storyview and change the "Slide properties" setting to "Player default" which removed the resources tab.
Depending on what other triggers you've set up - you may need to do that a bit more carefully than in my test, but you could also just uncheck the Resources box within the "Custom player settings" on each slide - a bit more tedious.

Howie,
Can you post the .story file here so that someone can have a look?
Try importing the .story into a new file and doing it from there?
Bruce
Hey, Howie.
Weird. Coupla' quick thoughts: exit/restart SL. Reboot PC. Import into new SL file. Sometimes one of those "slaps" SL into behaving.
Tried all that Rebecca :-(
No idea Howie!

Hi Howie,
I guess you might have checked (Tick Mark) the Menu option for one or more of your screens.
Check all your screen properties. And un-check them.
Also in the Player properties un-check it.
You should get rid of it
Thanks.
Thanks Howie - I see that you're working with John and I'll follow along with your case to update the thread here.
