I am designing a course on Performance management mainly for all employees about the steps for writing performance goals. I am looking for some ideas to illustrate the steps. I was thinking of using videoscribe, a game board or a street map with buildings. I might use a combination of all 3 of these ideas.
Has anyone developed a course like this or does anyone know where I could find a game board or cityscape that I could use to show the performance steps, like a road map. All ideas are welcome. Thanks.
