Image state should get changed on a trigger

Hi,

Using storyline 2, and developing a screen where I need build a chart on clicking each step.

I just need to change the state of background image when all steps are clicked and in disable state.

have inserted a trigger on image which is like this , change the state of image to state 3 when all of selected steps are in disable state.

but its not working.

can any one help here please, can not share file sorry for that...

Can you just upload that one slide so we can take a look? Hard to help you without seeing what's happening
