Audio should be included when importing PowerPoint slides into Storyline, so I'm glad you reached out to us about this.
The first thing I would try is a fresh installation of Storyline 2. If the audio still doesn't import after following those steps, then attach the PPTX file to this thread. I'll test it out and let you know what I find!
