Import PPT - Slide Master template not importing

Is the slide size the same? I've seen that cause issue previously. Check out this article for some helpful hints on importing.

Thank you for your response. The issue is related to an image that is part of the PPT Master. When I imported the PPT the company logo did not load properly. I thought I may need to remove the logo, import into Storyline and then put the logo image back into the slides. I wasn't sure why it wouldn't import the image or the best way to get the logo back into the file.

Maybe I misunderstood the first time then. If you'd like to place your logo on your slide master, then this article should assist you.
